SEEK

OPERATIONS

Our Operations team is the lifeblood of our business.

We keep Genuity’s 850-megawatt power project running safely, efficiently and reliably 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our team manages all maintenance, innovation, performance and compliance aspects of the plant. We also work closely with our contract miner to ensure the plant has a continuous supply of coal.

Jobs include environmental advisors, production operators, maintenance technicians, administration staff and asset managers.

BUSINESS SERVICES

Our Business Services team keeps everything running smoothly.

A high-performing business is only as good as the team behind it. We make sure Genuity has the right people, systems and resources in place to deliver results. This includes operations, commercial and legal management, business analysis, compliance management, HR and IT expertise and office coordination.

Jobs include operations and commercial managers, IT support, business analysts, legal counsel, HR and administration staff.

FINANCE

Our Finance team provides a secure financial platform

We provide a sustainable capital structure and insightful forecasting and reporting to ensure the business meets its regulatory obligations and achieves short and long-term strategic objectives. We also manage risk, financial reporting and support growth opportunities including acquisitions and development projects.

Jobs include Treasury/FP&A analysts, market and risk analysts, tax advisors, accountants and accounts receivable/payable support roles.

ENERGY MARKETS

Our Energy Markets team manages the revenue stream

We interpret complex data and systems to forecast energy market outcomes and enter into strategic financial contracts to generate revenue. Our retail arm also sells power directly to large-scale commercial and industrial customers, servicing a wide range of industries including mining, retail, health care, property, infrastructure, agriculture and manufacturing.

Jobs include energy traders, analysts, managers and retail roles.
